Sports Conditioning:  *Youth *High School *Elite *Professional *Adult

Whether you are an elite athlete wanting to maintain a high level of training in the off-season or just looking to get your body in better shape, Sports Lab has year-round conditioning programs that will help you see tremendous results. Through varying levels of difficulty, our programs can help youth & student athletes develop their bodies or work with adult athletes who are serious about being fit and active.

Sports Lab’s conditioning programs are based on our Integrated Sports Training (IST) philosophy.


Program includes:

— Athletic Movement Screen (AMS) Evaluation: All athletes who enter Sports Lab for the first time or those returning to Sports Lab after a year or more away will take part in a private evaluation and workout with a Sports Lab staff member. Based on the results of this evaluation, a program will be recommended.

— Effective goal setting workbook and sports physiology handouts.

— IST conditioning coach will coach all athletes in a group setting (private workouts are also available for those who desire them).

— Nutrition: Athletes who desire assistance with dietary education will receive coaching and handouts on nutritional topics to assist with reaching personal goals.
